PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data administrator

3signa, s.r.o., registered office: Jilemnického 540/17, 911 01 Trenčín, business registration no: 46754776, VAT registration no: SK2023556700, registered in the Commercial Register administered by Trenčín District Court (Okresný Súd), section: Sro, entry: 26583/R, (hereinafter referred to as "3signa"), operator of the websites www.3signa.sk, www.3signa.cz and www.3signa.eu (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), hereby declares that all of the personal data processed is considered strictly confidential by 3signa and is handled in accordance with currently applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.

In accordance with Act No 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament (hereinafter referred to as "the GDPR"), 3signa is the administrator of your personal data, i.e. it collects, stores, uses and processes your personal data for its commercial operations. These principles of personal data protection applied to all personal data collected by 3signa for performance of the contractual relationship and for legal obligations, justified interest or consent granted, via the Website or other sources, and they define the methods for use and protection of personal data by 3signa.

Online communication

To ensure secure online communication, 3signa uses an SSL certificate issued by the Let’s Encrypt certification authority. The SSL protocol is used for secure communication with web servers via HTTPS, a secure version of the HTTP protocol. After creation of an SSL session, the communication between the server and the client is encrypted and therefore secure.

Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis, data of data subjects and duration of data storage

3signa processes personal data according to its purpose, i.e. we perform operations with personal data for the purpose for which that personal data was received from the respective data subjects. 3signa does not process personal data for any other purposes.

3signa processes and stores personal data for the time strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations under the respective contract, for the period of time for which the data subject granted consent for processing or for the time required for provision of other services. In other cases the storage period is based on the purpose for which the processing is performed or is set under accounting legislation.

Accounting and tax purposes

Legal basis: Compliance with other statutory obligations

Data subjects' data: Full name, invoicing address, delivery address, business registration number, tax registration number, VAT registration number, telephone number, email, where applicable bank account number (SWIFT)

Personal data storage time: 10 years from the calendar year after execution of the contractual relationship

User account administration (registration on the Website)

Legal basis: Consent to processing of personal data

Data subjects' data: Full name, invoicing address, delivery address, business registration number, tax registration number, VAT registration number, telephone number, email

Personal data storage time: Until termination of the account

Service provision - Product query

Legal basis: Consent to processing of personal data

Data subjects' data (optional): Name, telephone number

Data subjects' data (mandatory): Email

Personal data storage time: For the period of time essential for attending to the query

COOKIES

Cookies are files that contain data about user visits, e.g. how did the user navigate to the Website, where the user went when they were on the Website and what information the user was interested in. 3signa uses this data for its own internal needs, especially for analysing, evaluating and improving the quality of the Website. Upon accessing the Website, users are alerted to this fact by a notification bar at the bottom of the website. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can disable cookies in your browser settings (usually under the Tools/Options tab).

3signa does not have any employees - at 3signa, data subjects' personal data is only made available to 3signa's Directors. 3signa only provides or discloses personal data to third parties to the extent required for the processing purposes and only for the length of time required.

If required by the law enforcement authorities and other public authorities, 3signa is entitled, under certain circumstances, to disclose certain personal data, under currently applicable legal regulations.

3signa does not publish personal data.

Data subjects' rights

Right to access personal data

You are entitled to obtain confirmation from 3signa as to whether your personal data has been processed or not. If your personal data has been processed, you are entitled to access that personal data and to be informed of the following: the purpose of the processing; the categories of the personal data; the recipients to whom/which the personal data has been/will be made available; the time for which the personal data will be stored.

Right to correction of personal data

If you feel that 3signa is processing inaccurate or incorrect personal data, you are entitled to demand correction. 3signa will perform correction without undue delay. 3signa may also complete your incomplete personal data through additional statements you provide, taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Right to deletion

You are entitled to require 3signa to delete your personal data without undue delay, where no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

Right to restriction of personal data processing

If you do not want to have your personal data deleted, but only require temporary restrictions on the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to require 3signa to restrict your personal data processing.

Right to data transferability

If you want 3signa to transfer your personal data to a third party, you can exercise your right to data transferability. If the exercising of this right could have an adverse effect on the rights and freedoms of other parties, 3signa will not be able to comply with your request.

Right to object

You are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Right to demand an explanation

If you suspect that, through processing your personal data, 3signa is breaching your privacy or that your personal data is being processed contrary to legal regulations, you are entitled to demand an explanation from 3signa.

Right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic

If you believe that 3signa is breaching your privacy, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/en).

Right to retract consent

You can retract your consent to the processing of your personal data. If you retract your consent, it will not affect the legality of data processing performed on the basis of consent granted prior to that retraction.

All rights and obligations not regulated by these Principles shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Act No 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection, as amended.
